The subject is ‘Through the Roof: Managing Cost Inflation and Labour Shortages in 2025’, and it comes off the back of a recent survey I carried out for multi-disciplinary consultancy Brookbanks (where I ply my trade as Commercial Director) in which I asked around 40 contractors for their thoughts on workload, material cost and the availability of skilled labour.
