Housing View was founded in 2021 by Ben Wakeling to provide clear, independent insight into the UK housebuilding industry.
With over 20 years’ experience, including senior roles at the Berkeley Group and Vistry, and now Head of Cost and Commercial at multi-disciplinary consultancy Brookbanks, Ben created the platform as a way to stay informed on industry developments.
It has since grown into a trusted source of commentary, insight, and industry perspectives, featuring contributions and conversations with some of the UK’s leading housing professionals.
